need help naming a song / band

i saw a music vid ages ago, this band was playing in a room in front of ppl sitting down like a class or group session, at the front was a tv n the ppl were watchin the tv not the band, in the end the singer smashes the tv. who is this please???

im so sorry i really cant remeber it was so long ago now i remember i liked it, and never thought of it until the other day! alll i can remeber it was a rock band with 90% sure 5 members. Question
