Which is the best way to type Css code?I know there are 3 ways

Fist is like this in the HTML document.
{
the code
}

2nd in the HTML doc.
{the code
}

3rd in a css doc connected to the HTML file.

I'm looking forward your opinions. Razz

I use the 3rd way.It's much more easy for me this way because the html and css are separated.I also write the code on one row.View the page source from my site http://firefoxthemes.hostei.com/
