Windows Xp problem Empty Windows Xp problem

Hi!
I have another problem with PC.I use Windows Xp SP2.For some reason my PC crashes sometimes.It just stops working.The program Advanced SystemCare is temporary fixing the problem but after week or two it happens again.What should I do?
